Pre-Delivery Checking

Before delivering an Indane LPG cylinder to a customer, a pre-delivery check is conducted to ensure that the cylinder is safe to use and in good working condition. The authorized distributor representative checks for physical damage, rust, leakage, and inspects the regulator and rubber tubing for wear and tear.

Additionally, the representative verifies the customer’s identification and LPG connection validity, and obtains a signature on the delivery receipt. This step is crucial for customer and environmental safety. Any issues should be reported immediately to the distributor.

Mandatory Inspection

To ensure safety, the Government of India mandates periodic inspections of LPG cylinders. Conducted by authorized LPG distributor representatives, these inspections ensure that cylinders and associated equipment remain safe and functional.

Inspections check for damage, rust, leakage, and wear in regulators and rubber tubing. Typically carried out every 5 years for cylinders less than 10 years old, they are crucial for ensuring user safety. Any detected issues must be reported to the distributor immediately.
